The Sharon Alcorn Bursary
The Sharon Alcorn Bursary is offered in memory of Sharon Alcorn, a passionate advocate for women who worked at Mackay Women’s Center (now known as Mackay Women’s Services).
This bursary provides financial support to one successful applicant in achieving their educational goals.
Important: There is no fixed monetary amount: the Alcorn family will decide the level of assistance awarded to the successful applicant. (Maximum monetary amount of - $2000).
The deadline for submissions is March 1, 2026.
Please note, by submitting this application you consent for your application to be reviewed by the Alcorn Family and the Mackay Women's Services team. Please review the bursary guidelines before applying.
